Phone is a digital master key that unlocks our life. Millions of people, use it to buy groceries, send cash to family and friends, read sensitive work documents, save passwords, and update social media ​So why can't I use it to vote? Telangana state government gearing up for a dry run of the first-ever smartphone-based e-voting system in the country.
