Tripura Government's Focus On Health Food For Citizens

Tripura government is going to focus on 'Clean Street Food Hub' (CSFH) to enhance the quality of food and sanitation in the state. Tripura Health Department and the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) have decided to promote healthy eating habits among citizens. CSFH aims to enhance the quality of street food from vending to food courts and established hotels and restaurants to create a safe and hygienic local dining experience amongst consumers. Under this, registration for ERC will be done at various places in Tripura. ERC is an initiative launched by FSSAI to ensure that citizens eat safe and nutritious food and bring about social and behavioral change among citizens.
