Tokyo Olympic medallist Assam pride Lovlina Borgohain on Friday left for New Delhi after a one-day stay in Guwahati.She has ignited a billion dreams with her success in Olympics and set an example for budding sports talents in rural areas . In Delhi , She will attending the Independence Day program on August 15 (Sunday) along with the entire Olympic contingent at Red Fort. Lovlina will finally return to her hometown in Golaghat’s Borpathar on August 17.Borgohain became only the third Indian boxer to finish on the Olympic podium, joining two of the biggest icons in Indian boxing -- six-time world champion M C Mary Kom and the very-decorated Vijender Singh.
