SWAN : New Digital Era of Arunachal Pradesh

Arunachal Pradesh CM Pema Khandu launched the State Wide Area Network (SWAN) for providing a secured digital connectivity to all district headquarters and other administrative centres across the State. Through the Netwrok, digital connectivity is being provided between the State headquarters and Block level administrative centres via district and sub-divisional HQs. Speaking on the occasion, Khandu requested Ajay Prakash Sawhney, Secretary MoE&IT who attended the program virtually from New Delhi, to extend the network to other unconnected districts, which were created in recent years.
