Tripura High Court to resumes full functioning from August 16 with minimum restrictions

In a meeting of the High Court of Tripura, which was presided over by Chief Justice A.A. Qureshi and other judges, decided to resume the functioning of the court with minimum restrictions after the improvement in the COVID situation. All decisions will be effective from August 16. According to the decisions, the High Court will hear all the cases in virtual mode. Filing of all cases will be accepted by the High Court Registry during normal time. The Registry will function with full staff presence and all the employees will attend duties during normal duty hours.
