Xatradhikar urges for Majuli Culture Landscape Region Act !

 

 

A Xatradhikar of Majuli has appealed to Assam Govterment to protect Majuli from attack by Christian missionaries according to The Majuli Culture Landscape Region Act, 2006. Recently he also urged Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma to implement Majuli Culture Landscape Region Act, 2006 . The Act needs immediate implementation to protect the Xatriya culture in Majuli. He explained in detail how Christian missionaries are doing their work and they always try to target the common poor man. It's high time the State government took some concrete measures to save the Xatriya culture from this onslaught.
