"Mama" Becomes Viral in KBC!

One aspect that was making headlines this year was the chants of "Mama, Mama" and "I love you Mama" - mainly from young boys and girls of Assam State— who had been flocking Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma's rallies in large numbers. The popularity of Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma has now reached to National platform of Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC), where the most popular nickname of the Chief Minister of State of Assam Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma, was asked as a question to one of the contestants. During the KBC show, one of the contestants was asked, “By which of these names, is the chief minister of Assam, often addressed in the state?” with options of Chacha, Mama, Tau, and Kaka.
